Refund Policy

At The House of Gopal’s, we strive to deliver freshly made, high-quality Andhra Savouries.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining food safety standards.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 8 – 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at thehouseofgopals@gmail.com

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
